Good morning Lt. Governors and District leaders....
Thank you for your attendance on the Governor's calls and your focus on membership and adding more hands of service to the Heart of the Hero team. Attached please find
some resources that were discussed on our calls yesterday....
Hosting an Open House - methods to scheduling a special guest day

Brown-Klingelhoefer)
New Corporate Membership brochure - info for recruiting a corporate member
List of current district Membership Team - please update this list for us and let us know who else should be on your team. Highlighted yellow means they have confirmed

Also, yesterday on Governor Rocci’s monthly call, Valarie Brown-Klingelhoefer suggested a “Club Growth Challenge” to the Lt. Governor team. This is based on the premise that
Lt. Governors will challenge their individual clubs at their monthly Division Council Meetings (DCMs) to grow by one (1) new member each month.
Attached is a tool you can use to actualize the challenge. If half the clubs in our district actually did the challenge that would add 1800+ new members to CNH by Sept.
30, 2019. That’s based on 225 clubs adding 8 new members between February and September.
Let's see what we can do. Thank you Valarie.
Keep focusing on new members and I know it can happen in your divisions.
Reminder - please share updates on some of your new ideas - because these can help other divisions also.
Thank you for being a district leader this year.
Sincerely,
Dave
