New Club Task Force,

 

This is a reminder that New Club Task Force Chairman Lanie Wheeler has scheduled a meeting of the task force for Friday, May 3, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. via teleconference.  To participate via teleconference, please dial 1-877-794-7297. Your conference code is 2012.

 

The agenda for this meeting will include the following topics:

     a.  What kind of training should we be providing to new clubs?  Officers?  Members?

     b.  Who should conduct the training (use certified CLE instructors and/or others)?

     c.  Should we maintain a system of club coaches for new clubs?  If so, who should they be?

     d.  What should be the role, if any, for the LTG's in nurturing the new clubs?

     e.  What should be the role, if any, of the sponsoring club in nurturing/supporting the new club?

     f.   Do the District Trustees have a role?  (i.e. special invitations to RTC; free registration for RTC)
