2002-2003, 2003-2004 and 2004-2005 Lt. Governors (bcc’d) and Kiwanis Leaders addressed,
It is with heartfelt sadness that we inform you that 2002-2003, 2003-2004 and 2004-2005 Lt. Governor for Division 13, Claudia Parras passed away on April 25, after a long illness.
She was 61.
Claudia joined Kiwanis in January 1988, a member of the Kiwanis Club of Silverdale, Washington. When she moved to Hawaii, she joined the Kiwanis Club of Pearl Harbor. She was
president of both clubs. Upon moving to Lakewood, she joined the Kiwanis Club of Downey on April 5, 2001 and was the Kiwanis advisor to the Lakewood Key Club for more than 15 years. She was inducted into the Legion of Honor on February 7, 2019, in her 32nd
year in Kiwanis.
Services were held on May 2, 2019.
