Trainers for 2019-2020 Lt. Governor Training,

Thank you for your willingness to be a part of this year’s Lt. Governor training.  Here are a few requests/reminders regarding the upcoming training:

  1. If you will be using a PowerPoint or a handout, please submit it to Trina, myself and Mark not later than May 14th. PLEASE do not show up with handouts! If there is something you want to bring let’s discuss it in advance.
  2. A template for your PowerPoint presentation is attached.  If possible, we’d appreciate your using this template so our presentations have a uniform look.
  3. Practice your presentation. Time your presentation (with a spouse or friend) allowing time for interaction. We will hold presentations to the allotted time, so PLEASE be prepared!
  4. Dress for the weekend is Kiwanis casual – Kiwanis shirts and/or Aloha shirts are encouraged.  No shorts, please.
  5. Bring a laptop or tablet to the training sessions – you may have to mentor some of the Lt. Governors
  6. Please plan on attending the trainers meeting at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 17 at the Kiwanis Professional Center.

A copy of the timed agenda is attached for your reference.  I look forward to seeing you on Thursday afternoon at the Kiwanis Professional Center.

Sincerely,

Pete Horton
