I hope you are enjoying the warm spring weather as much as I am! I want to convey a few important pieces of information about the building:

1. We will be repairing the parking lot asphalt, sealcoating and re-striping the parking stalls on Saturday, June 8 and Sunday June 9.  All cars must be removed from the parking lot in order for this work to be performed.  Any vehicles in the lot on Saturday morning will be towed. We will be posting signs in the parking lot prior to the work being done, but please make your employees aware of this repair work.

2. We are repairing our front door.  The closer on the door on the left (viewed from our lobby) is damaged and it’s possible that the door will not completely close and lock. Please ask any employee who may be the last to leave at night to be sure and firmly close the door so the building will be secure. We hope to have the repair done by this Friday.

3. Finally, we have been instructed to secure a certificate of insurance naming the “Kiwanis Cal-Nev-Ha Foundation” as a named insured from all tenants. This is a requirement contained in our lease agreements and I need to update our files. This can usually be accomplished by a call or email to your insurance broker.  Thank you for your anticipated cooperation. If you have submitted a certificate of insurance within the past 9 months you may ignore this request.
