Board of Trustees,
First and foremost, for the 2019-2022 Trustees, we congratulate you on your recent election as a District Trustee for the California-Nevada-Hawaii District of Kiwanis International.
We are sure you will find your new position to be an exciting and rewarding experience. For those of you returning, we thank you for your continued service on the Board and look forward to another productive and successful year.
And to begin the
upcoming administrative
year, please join us at the 2019-2020 Board of Trustees Retreat and Meeting to be held
October 18-20, 2019, at the Kiwanis Professional Center in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Housing will be at the Best Western Plus Heritage Inn in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. (The Trustee training and retreat will begin at noon on Friday, October 18 and will continue
through Sunday, October 20 (including the Board meeting from 9 a.m.-11:00 a.m.).
A formal Board meeting notice and the reservation information for the weekend will be sent later
in a separate email.
-Please
also note the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 Board meetings at the District Convention in Las Vegas on Thursday, August 15. Formal Board meeting notices will be sent later for these meetings as well. Please see the attached schedule of events so you may plan accordingly.
When you register for the convention, make sure to sign up for the Installation Dinner on Saturday, August 17, as you will be introduced on stage.

please see the attached Trustee roster and let us know if any changes need to be made, as this will be the information listed in the District directory.
