2019-2020 District Board (and Kiwanians Addressed):
Governor-elect Timothy Cunning has called a meeting of the 2019-2020 Board of Trustees to be held in the Cataluna Room of the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa, 221
N. Rampart Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89145, on Thursday, August 15, 2019, beginning at 4:00 p.m.
We encourage your attendance at this meeting but if that is not possible, a teleconference option will
be available. To participate via teleconference, please dial 1-877-794-7297. Your conference code is 2012.
An agenda and Board packet will be e-mailed to you at a later date.
If you are not a member of the District Board, this e-mail is being sent for your information only. You are
invited to attend this meeting as a guest and your attendance is welcomed but not mandatory.
(FYI - for those of you
not serving on the 2018-2019 Board, a separate e-mail was sent regarding the 2018-2019 Board of Trustees meeting that will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the same location listed above, if you'd like to attend that meeting as well.)
If you haven't registered for the District Convention, you may do so
online until July 31 (or via the 100% club registration form). After that date, you may register on-site.
If you still need to
book your hotel reservations, please do so by the
July 12 deadline to receive the discounted convention rate.
