As you are aware, the meeting of the Kiwanis Cal-Nev-Ha Special Members, which was scheduled to occur immediately following last month’s District
Board of Trustees meeting, did not occur. Therefore, Foundation President Roy Talley has rescheduled this meeting as a teleconference for
next Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at 4:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is to elect the 2019-2022
slate of Directors who will serve on the Kiwanis Cal-Nev-Ha Foundation Board.
For your reference, we have included the attached matrix which includes a brief statement from each candidate, as well as President Roy’s
written report on recent Foundation activities.
