Kiwanis Committee Members,

As much as I hope you all had a great and wonderful New Year's celebration with your loved ones it's with sadness I e-mail you to inform you that John Nichelson passed away this morning. 

As many of you know John was a true supporter in both Key Club and Circle K. He's a past Administrator to both organizations. In Circle K he was a long time advisor to the CSU Dominguez Hills CKI club. 

Less than 2 years ago the CNH Circle K District board named the Kiwanis Advisor award in his name. I've attached a couple pics from the presentation at his Kiwanis DCM (He wasn't able to attend DCON). 

For me this truly hurts as I've known John during all my Key Club, Circle K and Kiwanis days. 

I will keep you all posted on his memorial services. Please keep his family (especially his wife Elaine) in your thoughts.
