2008-2009 Lt. Governors and Kiwanis leaders addressed (bcc’d),

 

It is with sadness that I inform you of the passing of 2008-2009 Lt. Governor for Division 3, Richard Slavett. He died this morning and was 80 years old. He has been a member of the Kiwanis Club of Glendale since 1982 (37 1/2 years!).

 

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 12, 2020 at Eden Memorial Park, 11500 Sepulveda Blvd., Mission Hills, with a reception to follow at The Odyssey Restaurant, 15600 Odyssey Dr., Granada Hills, CA 91344.

Notes of condolence and cards may be sent to his family: c/o Andrea Jacobs, 3167 Eaglewood Avenue, Thousand Oaks, CA 91362.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Glendale Kiwanis Foundation, P.O. Box 10545, Glendale, CA 91209-3545.
