2002-2003 Lt. Governors and Kiwanis Leaders addressed (bcc’d),

 

It is with sincere sadness that we inform you that 2002-2003 Lt. Governor for Division 7, Dr. Gene Rapp passed away on December 19, 2019, ending his battle with Parkinson’s disease. He was 89 years old. He joined Kiwanis in 1961 and was a member of the Kiwanis Club of Lincoln from 2008-2017. Prior to that he also was a member of the Kiwanis Clubs of Davis and Roseville. 

 

He was married to April for 29 years and they had a good life together, along with his three kids and her two kids.

 

The memorial services (burial) will be held on Friday, January 24th at 11:00 a.m. at the Davis Cemetery, 820 Pole Line Rd, Davis, CA 95618. A celebration of life will follow at 12:30 p.m. at the Davis Veterans Memorial Center, 203 East 14th Street, Davis, CA 95616 - in the Club Room.
