You have been selected to rate and choose the club’s Signature Projects that will be submitted to Kiwanis International to represent the District for the International-level contest.

Please refer to KI’s website regarding the Signature Project Contest in order to familiarize yourself with what they are looking for in selecting the winners (and what questions were asked of each club for the criteria, etc.) Please utilize this information in the judging process as you rank the clubs for the award.

Please also use the attached Tally Sheet to score each club accordingly. After you have completed the tally sheet with the total points for each club, please rank the top 3 projects based on total points (in the last column). Please note, there is a tab for the Tier I clubs and a tab for the Tier II clubs. One club from each tier will be submitted to represent the District.

Please complete your Tally Sheets and have them ready to discuss during the video teleconference that has been scheduled for Thursday, February 13 at 9:00 a.m. If you are unable to participate in this teleconference, please email your completed tally sheet to Brian Dahlquist at xxxxxx@efi.com prior to 9:00 a.m. on Thursday.

(There is a folder for each club that sent a submission and all supporting materials are included in the folder exactly as they were submitted. Please note, East Fresno and Greater Napa submitted two different projects each and East Fresno’s submission forms may look a little different from the rest but still contain the necessary information requested – there was just a glitch in the reporting of their submission but all were submitted on time and eligible for judging.)
