DOWNLOAD AN UPDATED COVID-19 WAIVER Kiwanis International General Counsel updated the release of liability and assumption of risk waiver with some technical details. Please download the new version. If you used a previous version, it is NOT necessary to update the signatures. One of the guidelines for clubs to resume in-person meetings recommends all attendees sign the waiver. The waiver states that anyone who believes they may have contracted COVID-19 at a Kiwanis event waives all related claims against any Kiwanis club, district or Kiwanis International. Any meeting of youth members (younger than 18 years) in the Kiwanis family will require a signature from a parent or legal guardian.
