I can set the update for each. It’s unlikely that the update was the issue though, my guess is that it’s more related to the VPN usage and your internet connection at that site.
I’ve set each of your phones to update firmware, please have your staff reboot their phones when feasible to process this.

I am having a issue with my phone. When I use the “call forward” to my cell phone it works for a little bit and then it goes to “no service”. I usually come in the office a reset the phone but I haven’t
