The Annual Executive Leadership Conference is quickly approaching on September 23-24 at The Nugget Casino Resort in Reno-Sparks, NV. (1100 Nugget Avenue, Sparks, NV 89431).
Please see the attached conference schedule overview to assist in planning your trip.
Also, if you have not already indicated that you would like to be included on the housing list at the group rate of $49 per night, please send me your arrival and departure dates by Thursday, September 1, so we may add you. We will send you a confirmation letter once we receive the information from the hotel.

Kiwanis Leaders addressed:
The date for our Annual Executive Leadership Conference has been set for September 23-24 at the Nugget Casino Resort in Reno-Sparks, NV. (1100 Nugget Avenue, Sparks, NV 89431).
A conference schedule overview will be sent in a separate email, but for your planning purposes, our conference will be held on Friday, September 23rd from 9:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. and will include our leadership meeting and a tour of the property and convention facilities to be used for our 2017 District Convention. So that you may participate in the entire conference, you may wish to arrive Thursday evening and depart on Saturday morning.
If you would like to have a room at the hotel on either September 22, 23 or 24, please email me your request (please include arrival and departure dates) and we will make a reservation on your behalf. (The rate is $49 per night plus taxes and fees.)
If you will be flying in for the conference, the hotel does offer a free airport shuttle service to and from the hotel.
Please hold the date on your calendar for this joint meeting of our District and Foundation leadership.
