2015-2016 District Leaders,
(For the 2016-2017 team cc:d, this is a preview of what you will receive at the beginning of each month during the rest of the 2016-2017 administrative year.)
The report of membership by club and division for the month of September 2016 is attached (as a PDF and Excel spreadsheet). Please share this information with the clubs in the division you serve. These are the year-end numbers for 2015-2016.
FYI - regarding monthly report submittals, as of today, out of the 450 clubs on record, 251 submitted the September report so far (please see the attached report). Please continue to encourage club secretaries to report their club’s activities so we can obtain an accurate count of service hours – and have a grand total for the end of the administrative year! If you log on to KiwanisOne, you should be able to access the year to date status of monthly report submissions (however, we are no longer able to send this report as it doesn’t save properly into a pdf – but it can be viewed upon log in).
Encourage clubs to submit the Patriotism banner patch form and the Inter-club awards and celebrate their successes. Submissions are due in November 2016. All of the information to complete these reports and award forms should be fairly easy to retrieve based on the monthly report submissions.
Also, please remind clubs if they have not submitted their club election information on KiwanisOne to please do so ASAP so the correct contact information will be listed in the 2016-2017 District Directory. So far, out of the 450 clubs on record, 389 have submitted their club election reports. (If clubs need assistance with this, please have them contact Trina Krider at xxxxxx@cnhkiwanis.org or 909-736-1702.) Please see the attached report of club election information that has been submitted to date. If there is no date listed, this means the information has not been submitted.
Thanks for all you’ve done during the 2015-2016 year and what you will continue to do for Kiwanis! It is greatly appreciated!
In Kiwanis Service,
Trina Krider
