Here’s the Event Schedule we were referring to – I’ve updated as much as I can for what I know/see from the contract and based on our meeting.

There are still items highlighted in yellow that I don’t know the answers to.

We usually provide this to the hotel so they can have everything listed correctly on their reader boards, etc.
