1997-1998 Lt. Governors (bcc’d) and Kiwanis leaders addressed:

It is with sadness we share the news of the passing of yet another outstanding Kiwanian – 1997-1998 Lt. Governor for Division 21, Charles “Charlie” Perdue passed away on February 23, 2017. He has been a member of the Kiwanis Club of Point Loma, San Diego since 1980 and served as club president in 2006 and 2007.

Services for Charlie will be held on Friday, March 10 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Church, 2766 Navajo Road, El Cajon, CA 92020.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kiwanis Club of Point Loma.

Cards of condolence may be sent to his wife Joyce at 6487 Lake Mere Ct., San Diego, CA 92119.

A nicely written and detailed obituary about Charlie’s life appeared in the San Diego Union-Tribune on March 5.

Please keep Charlie and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
