I just learned something pretty cool in Simplelists – so there is an archive feature that is free and there is no size limit! Check it out for the staff list:

“Searchable web archives are available for all lists at no extra cost. By default, archives are not enabled but they can be turned on through the Archives menu of an account. The Archives menu also provides the ability to customise the archive web pages. Archives can be password protected and if desired all email addresses within the archives can be hidden.

There is no limit on the size of archives.”

So – let me know which lists you would like to turn on this feature for – and how public we want to make these available – you can also restrict them to only those with a password, etc.
