Affected Club Officers (bcc’d), Lt. Governors, Trustees and District Officers,

Attached are reports from Kiwanis International for clubs that are on Charter Suspended (CS) status. These clubs are being asked to pay by May 2, 2017 or the club will be on Pending Revocation (PR) status.  The statements are being mailed by Kiwanis International to the club's secretary and president this week.

A balance due report is also included so you can see all amounts due that are more than $150 for the club. On the report if there is a status of CS next to the club, they are charter suspended.  If they don't have a status listed, they are Active. (For example, clubs with balances more than 60 days old and $150 or more will have the CS status, whereas a club may have new member fees on this list but they are recent and so are listed but are still considered Active status.)

According to Kiwanis International, bottom line, if clubs have not paid by July 2017, they will be Charter Revoked (CR) at the Kiwanis International Convention board meeting in Paris.

Any assistance in encouraging these clubs to regain their active status is appreciated.

Let us know if there’s anything we can do to assist in this process!

Thanks,

Trina Krider
