Executive Committee members,

Governor Pete Edwards has selected the Executive Committee to rate and choose the club’s Signature Project that will be submitted to Kiwanis International to represent the District for the International-level contest.

Please see the attached instructions and submission form that clubs were asked to submit and follow in order to be considered for the award (to use for assistance in the judging process).

Please also use the attached Tally Sheet to score each club accordingly. After you have completed the tally sheet with the total points for each club, please rank the top 3 projects based on total points (in the last column).

Please submit your completed Tally Sheets to Trina Krider by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 27 (as we will need time to determine the winning submission based on each committee member’s suggestions, contact the winning club and send the District’s submission in to Kiwanis International by Friday, March 31).

Submissions may be found using this link: https://cnhkiwanis.box.com/v/signatureproj2017

(There is a folder for each club that sent a submission and all supporting materials are included in the folder exactly as they were submitted.)

Thank you in advance for your participation in this task.

Thanks,

Trina Krider
