1982-1983 Lt. Governors and team and Kiwanis Leaders addressed,

 

It is with sadness we inform you that 1982-1983 Lt. Governor for Division 4, Robert Bertels, passed away on March 14, 2017. He was 87. He was a member of the Kiwanis Club of Westminster.

 

A funeral mass will be held on Friday, March 31 at 8:30 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 8345 Talbert Ave, Huntington Beach, CA 92646. Graveside services will immediately follow the funeral mass at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA 92518.  

 

The family requests not to send flowers due to Lent. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in his name to the Cal-Nev-Ha Kiwanis Foundation, 8360 Red Oak St., Suite 201, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.

 

His wife Sandra said that he loved Kiwanis.
