Dear Lt. Governors,
During our calls with the team on Wednesday, many of you did not know how to find the I Plan Club Workbook on the Kiwanis International site.
Please use the following links to find the I-Plan on the new site:
https://www.kiwanis.org/clubs/member-resources/governance/strategic-plan
This can be found by going to Kiwanis.org then Member Resources, Governance, Strategic Plan – then click on the Strategic Plan Resources.
https://www.kiwanis.org/clubs/member-resources/governance/strategic-plan/strategic-plan-resources
At the bottom you of that page, you will see The I-Plan Workbook for Clubs.
I would like you to download this for yourselves and then at your next DCM make sure that every club has one or knows how to find it on the Kiwanis.Org site.
Let them know that we would like them to complete an I-Plan for each of their clubs and you would like to have a copy of it by 8/31. Hopefully this will give them the encouragement to do it for their clubs. I have found that if we don’t
put things in writing we often do not get them done.
Thank you again for the great work you are all doing in your Divisions, I do appreciate it. I just want to also remind you that this is the prime time to be recruiting members, I just brought in a new member to my club today so I know
you can all do it.
Also – we want to remind you that the report for
Official Club Visits was due March 15 and as of yesterday, the following Lt. Governors have been turned them in:
Divisions 2, 7, 21, 23, 24, 37, 44, 45, 46
Please make sure this report and the report of
Official Board Visits (due May 31) are submitted in a timely manner in order to receive reimbursements for your travel.
