Subject: Lt. Governor call and misc

Hello 2017-18 Lt. Governors,

We missed you today on our first Lt. Governor Team Call today, which took place at 12 noon and 5 pm.  This email is to provide you with some of the information you missed on our call today.

We have a Lt. Governor session on Friday during District Convention (Dcon) at 9:40 to 11:45.  We will have a general overview of our calendar and various subjects, such as ideas from your fellow Lt. Governors.  If you have any questions or subjects you want addressed at Dcon, or sooner, please send them in advance to me via email.  

Our installation is Saturday night, August 5, 2017.  You are expected to attend; therefore, you must be registered for the convention and purchase tickets to the installation dinner, for you and your partner/spouse.  We will have reserved seating in the front of the room for you and your partner.  

The attire for installation is a black suit with white or blue shirt for the men and a white, ivory or bright blue top for the women.  Ladies may also wear a bright blue dress if you prefer.  

I will provide bright blue ties for the men, and you will receive the ties at Dcon.  Men: if you do not have a black suit please wear navy blazer with charcoal grey slacks, no khakis please.  Ladies, the scarves did not work out, as the minimum order to get a decent price is too large for us.  

I will be in a bright blue jacket with same color blouse with black slacks (and maybe bright blue shoes).  This is what I wore last Dcon for my election.

We will have hospitality for our Action Team on Saturday after the House of Delegates, prior to dinner, and again after the Installation banquet. 

You will be receiving a summary email with most of this content again when that email goes out to the entire Team.
