We are pleased to remind you of the 2017 Foundation Retreat, which will be held November 3-5, 2017. Our first Board of Directors meeting for
the 2017-2018 year is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 5th.
We will be staying at Hilton Oakland Airport located at 1 Hegenberger Road, Oakland, CA 94621. Please
click here to register for the retreat and to make your housing reservation.
It’s important you make your online reservation no later than Wednesday, October 4th to guarantee your housing at the hotel.
The attached document includes a tentative agenda to assist you in your travel plans.
Please read this document and the retreat registration page carefully before registering for the retreat as these resources will answer most questions you may have on pricing, attendance for your guest and housing. Should you have any additional questions
regarding the Board meeting or the retreat, please feel free to contact me.
An agenda and board packet will be sent at a later date. If you have an item you wish to be placed on the agenda, please email your request
to Kristin, with a copy to me, by Friday, October 13th. If your committee has a report to present to the board, we ask that you email it to us by October 13th so we may include it in our mailing. Please note we will not be scheduling
committee meetings for Friday morning, November 3rd.
