Governor-elect Rocci Barsotti is inviting you to participate in the 2018-2019 Governor's planning meeting on December 16, 2017 at the San Ramon Marriott, 2600 Bishop Drive, San Ramon, CA 94583.

Please reply to this email with the following information by Tuesday, November 21:

1) if you will be able to attend

2) if yes, if you need a room reservation at the hotel (and any other special accommodations required)

3) your date of arrival

4) your date of departure

5) if your spouse or guest will be attending  

Housing

We have reserved a block of rooms at the San Ramon Marriott. The room rate is $135 plus tax and fee. We will make the reservations if you provide us your arrival and departure dates. Payment for the rooms will be on your own upon check-in.

Schedule and Meals

· For those who will arrive on Friday and wish to join us, we will have a no host dinner at 6:00 p.m.   

· Saturday morning breakfast will be on your own.

• Our meeting on Saturday will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Check the hotel reader board for room location. Lunch will be provided.
• Saturday evening, we will go out as a group for a no host dinner following the meeting.  
• There are no events planned for Sunday morning. Depart on your own schedule.

Spouse/guest participation

Your spouse is welcome to accompany you and participate in the planning meeting on Saturday.

Dress 

Kiwanis casual for all events is acceptable.
