Subject: Kiwanis Patriotism Award Presentation 2018
Dear Club Patriot (bcc:d),
Congratulations, the District Patriotism Committee has accepted your club’s application for the Patriotism Award for
2016-2017 and we will be presenting your club with a banner patch in recognition of your club’s achievement.
We look forward to recognizing your club for their accomplishments during the General Session (starting at 8:00 a.m.) at either the Mid-Year Conference North
to be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Sacramento in Sacramento, CA on Saturday, February 10, 2018 or at the Mid-Year Conference South to be held at the Sheraton Fairplex Conference Center in Pomona, CA on Saturday, February 24, 2018.
I ask that the representative of your club, who will be receiving this award, be prepared to accept the award on stage in a
timely manner, so we may keep the session running smoothly and within the time constraints. This award will be presented towards the end of the session.
If a club representative is not available to accept the award, the banner patch will be mailed to the club after the conferences.
Please respond letting us know which conference your club will accept the award, along with the name of the representative.
(If no representative will be available, please inform us of that as well.)
To register on-line for the North conference,
click here and for the South conference,
click here. (For more information regarding the conferences, please visit our website at
www.cnhkiwanis.org under the Conferences and Conventions tab.)
We would also like to remind you of our District campaign policy. All campaign material (clothing, buttons, ribbons, logos or any campaign paraphernalia) shall be prohibited on stage during any session. We appreciate
your cooperation in ensuring you adhere to our policies.
Again, please accept my sincere congratulations on winning this award.
Sincerely,
Mark W. McDonald
