In case you are wondering…..the IRS released new withholding tables in mid-January to incorporate the effects of the new tax law. In all probability, each of us will notice an increase in our net (take home) pay for this payroll and future checks.

Overall, the Foundation’s Federal withholding dropped from $643 on our last payroll to $552 for today’s payroll – a decrease of approximately 14%.  I would not be surprised if all of you notice approximately the same decrease in your Federal withholding on today’s paychecks.

Just though I’d let you know the “why” behind this change.
