Dear Kiwanians,

I am pleased to provide you with the agenda and supporting materials for our upcoming Foundation Board of Directors meeting to be held on Friday, February 23, 2018, at the Sheraton Fairplex Hotel & Conference Center in the Board Room, located in the Conference Center at 601 W. McKinley Avenue, Pomona,  CA 91768.  As discussed at the retreat, we have arranged to record the video content at 10:00 am, prior to lunch being served at 12:00 pm.  If you are interested in recording a part for one of our videos, please contact me or Kristin (xxxxxx@cnhkiwanis.org) and plan to arrive in Pomona by 9:30 a.m.

Please note the following as you review the agenda and board packet:

1. All supporting documents have been placed in the order of their appearance in the agenda

2. All supporting documents appear in red in the agenda and are underlined

3. We have used bookmarks within the Board Packet so you may easily find any content you are looking for.  When you have downloaded and opened the Board Packet file, click on the bookmark icon which is displayed in the left window. This will open the bookmarks and allow you to navigate to a specific report within the board packet.

Finally, please remember all committee reports must be presented to the Board in writing. No verbal reports will be presented at the board meeting, with the exception of those reports containing action items.
