RESPONSE NEEDED
2017-2018 Lt. Governors,
(and affected Club Officers (bcc:d) and Kiwanis Leaders addressed)
As of today, May 3, there are clubs in the division you serve that have not paid their club dues to Kiwanis International and are now on Pending Revocation (PR) status, as indicated (please see attached reports).
Clubs are being asked to pay by June 18, 2018 or their club will be Charter Revoked (CR) at the Kiwanis International board meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The statements are being mailed to the club's president/secretary this week. (There are 4 clubs on the list that we have not been able to contact, as we have no club officer information listed: Kerman, Kiwanis Executive Club of Honolulu, Willits and East Coachella
Valley.)
Any assistance you can provide in encouraging these clubs to regain their active status would be appreciated.
If clubs have questions regarding what is owed, please have them contact Kiwanis International directly at 800-549-2647, ext. 411
Thanks,
Mark W. McDonald
