Our handy and helpful technicians are here to provide answers to any questions you may have as well as coordinate the programming of your new system Mon-Fri from 8a-5p.
Attached you will find a few handouts to assist you with setting up your personal voicemail greeting and navigating basic phone functions.
You will also find attached a Credit Card Authorization Form to be completed and returned for your monthly billing payments should you choose to set up auto pay on your account.
Your first bill will include charges for a full month in advance and charges from the date of the installation to your new bill date. After your first bill, you will be billed on a regular 30-day billing cycle.
Your bill will include taxes and any applicable fees that Axion Communications is required to collect.
Monthly billing invoices will be emailed to Christy and your email addresses directly unless otherwise instructed.
