2017-2018 District Board (and Kiwanians Addressed):
Governor Joni Ackerman has called a meeting of the 2017-2018 Board of Trustees to be held in
Mauna Kea/Mauna Loa Rooms of the Sheraton Kona Resort & Spa, 78-128 Ehukai Street, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740, on Thursday, August 9, 2018, beginning at 2:00 p.m.
An agenda and Board packet will be e-mailed to you at a later date.
Committee chairmen may submit a report to be shared with the Board. Since the Board has asked that all committee reports be submitted in writing as a part of the
Board packet, you will not be required to attend the Board meeting.
Please submit written committee reports to

July 23,
2018, in order to be included in the Board packet.
