2018-2019 District Board (and Kiwanians Addressed):
Governor-elect Rocci Barsotti has called a meeting of the 2018-2019 Board of Trustees to be held in Mauna Kea/Mauna Loa Rooms of the Sheraton Kona Resort & Spa, 78-128 Ehukai
Street, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740, on Thursday, August 9, 2018, beginning at 4:00 p.m.
An agenda and Board packet will be e-mailed to you at a later date.
If you are not a member of the District Board, this e-mail is being sent for your information only. You are invited to attend this meeting as a guest and your attendance is welcomed
but not mandatory.
(FYI - for those of you not serving on the 2017-2018 Board, a separate e-mail was sent regarding the 2017-2018 Board of Trustees meeting that will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the same
location listed above, if you'd like to attend that meeting as well.)
If you haven't registered for the District Convention, you may do so
online until July 27 (or via the 100% club registration form). After that date, you may register on-site.
If you still need to book your hotel reservations, please call our office, as the convention rate is no longer available and the hotel is at capacity.
