2017-2018 Lt. Governors, Trustees and Kiwanis Leaders addressed,
|
|
As a reminder, in order to conduct the business of the House of Delegates session during our District Convention, which includes the nomination and election of our 2018-2019 District Governor and 2018-2019 Governor-elect
(a contested race), a quorum of delegates from at least one-third (1/3) of the district clubs is required.
If you are attending the convention and not yet representing a club, please submit the form so we can meet our quorum requirements. Also, please contact any past Lt. Governors
and District Trustees, from the division you serve,
that are attending the convention and ask them to represent a club that currently does not have any delegates listed. As of today, we need at least 33 more clubs represented for a quorum.
Please do everything you can to get the
Certification of Delegates and Alternates form completed and submitted by
Friday, August 3, otherwise bring the form on-site to be certified and submitted.
Please submit completed forms directly to Christy Martinez at
xxxxxx@cnhkiwanis.org. (Please do not fax.)
The delegate form is attached for your convenience, as well as a list of the clubs that are not represented as of today.
Thank you in advance for your assistance with this matter so we may look forward to having a successful start to the 2018-2019 Kiwanis year!
Sincerely,
Mark W. McDonald
