Governor-elect Timothy Cunning is inviting you to participate in the 2019-2020 Governor's planning meeting on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the Courtyard Marriott San Diego Rancho Bernardo, 11611 Bernardo Plaza Court, San Diego, CA 92128.

 

Please reply to this email with the following information by Monday, October 29:

 

1)       if you will be able to attend

2)      if yes, if you need a room reservation at the hotel (and any other special accommodations required)

3)      your date of arrival

4)      your date of departure

5)      which meals you will be attending (and if your spouse or guest will join you, so we have a proper headcount) 

 

Housing 

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard Marriott San Diego Rancho Bernardo. The room rate is $119 plus taxes and fees. We will make the reservations if you provide us your arrival and departure dates. Payment for the rooms will be on your own upon check-in.

 

Schedule and Meals

·         For those who will arrive on Friday and wish to join us, we will have a no host dinner at 6:00 p.m. at Urge Gastropub (16761 Bernardo Ctr. Dr., San Diego, CA 92128).  

·         For those staying in the hotel, Saturday morning breakfast is included; otherwise, you will be on your own.

Arrival at San Diego Airport

If you plan to fly into San Diego, please call Tim at 760-884-6130 to discuss potential transportation arrangements.

 

Spouse/guest attendance 

If your spouse is travelling with you, they are welcome to attend all meal functions.

 

Dress 

Kiwanis casual for all events is acceptable.
