It is with sincere sadness that we inform you that Irish John Gore passed away on September 28, 2018. He was the 2008-2011 District Trustee for Region 10 and 1997-1998 Lt. Governor for Division 42. He was a member of the Kiwanis Club of Thousand Oaks since 1981. He was 82.

 

Irish John was a decorated award winner and has three Tablets of Honor (2005, 2009, and 2018) and a silver Dunlap from the Kiwanis Cal-Nev-Ha Foundation.  In 2008, he received the Hospice of the Conejo's first "American Hero" award.

 

Irish John’s obituary is filled with information about his life as a beloved leader and valued community member.  

 

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 27th at 11:30 a.m. at Las Robles Greens Golf Club, 299 South Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks, CA 91361.
