Hi,

Thanks for this update.  For the future, check out USPS Informed Delivery.  A great and free service for what you can be expecting in your mailbox each day.

Thanks!

Notification of Kiwanis District Office Mail Theft

2018-2019 Club Officers and Kiwanis Leaders,

We wanted to let you know that on or about Saturday, December 1, the cluster mailbox which serves our Kiwanis District Office/Kiwanis Professional Center building was illegally accessed and our mail was stolen.

As we have no way of knowing who may have sent us mail which would have been delivered to us on Saturday, December 1, we are sending this notification to clubs and members in the hope of preventing the fraudulent use of checks or credit card information which may have been stolen.

If you sent the Foundation an application or order with payment enclosed, please call Kassy at 909-736-1707 to determine if your mail was received by us. If you sent the District any correspondence, please call Tricia at 909-736-1706.

Please be assured that we have taken all appropriate steps to secure our mail and that a report of the theft has been filed with the USPS.

Please share this information with your club members, especially those without e-mails, to make sure all potentially affected members are informed.

This email is being sent to all 2018-2019 Cal-Nev-Ha Kiwanis District Officers, District Trustees, Lt. Governors, Governor's Cabinet, Lt. Governors-elect, Immediate Past Lt. Governors, Committee Chairmen, Past Governors, Kiwanis Cal-Nev-Ha Foundation Officers & Directors, Club Presidents, Club Secretaries, Club Treasurers and Service Leadership Program (SLP) Governors, as well as some select interested parties with a valid email address as reported to Kiwanis International.

Sincerely,

Mark McDonald
