Here's the schedule of events for this weekend's Staff Retreat and Holiday Party:

Friday, December 9
-Office closes at noon
-Social in Mark's room (I'll text you the room number once we know it!)
-Dinner at 6:30 p.m. (TBD)

Saturday, December 10
-Breakfast on your own
-Staff Retreat 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
-Lunch 11:30-1:30 p.m. - short walk from hotel to Peohe's
-Staff Retreat 1:30-4:00 p.m. (as needed)
-Social in Mark's room
-Dinner at 6:00 p.m. - short walk from hotel to Il Forniao
-Gift Exchange in Mark's room following dinner

Mark will be asking us for topics we want to discuss for the retreat - so come prepared! Here are a few suggested topics so far:

1. Put together a master yearly calendar of when tasks should be accomplished (for example, financial statements for Board packets, ordering materials/patches and deadlines for conferences and conventions, Rose Float, newsletters, committee meetings, magazine deadlines, email communications, etc.) - we mentioned this at last year's retreat
2. Simplelists demonstration
3. KiwanisOne demonstration
4. Tips we can share with each other
