Apparently the reason why Pete's message had to be approved was because of the use of "out of office" in the subject line of the message.
That was Simplelists reason for this message needing approval before it was sent out.

2) From there, sign in using cnh\PeteH and you regular domain/email password
3) Once signed in to your webmail, go to the upper right corner and client on "Options" >"Set Automatic Replies..."
4) From here, you can type your automatic replies (Out of Office) for both inside and/or outside Kiwanis as you wish, and even set a date range for the replies to occur.
5) Be sure to click on "Save" at the bottom when finished to make this active.
