2016-2017 District Board (and Kiwanians Addressed):

Governor Pete Edwards has called a meeting of the 2016-2017 Board of Trustees to be held in MR 4-5 of the Riverside Convention Center, 3637 5th Street, Riverside, CA 92501 on Friday, March 3, 2017, beginning at 2:00 p.m. (so you may play in the golf tournament in the morning - more details on the tournament to follow).

An agenda and Board packet will be e-mailed to you at a later date.

If you are not a member of the District Board, this e-mail is being sent for your information only. You are invited to attend this meeting as a guest and your attendance is welcomed but not mandatory.

Committee chairmen may submit a report to be shared with the Board. Since the Board has asked that all committee reports be submitted in writing as a part of the Board packet, you will not be required to attend the Board meeting.

Please submit written committee reports to xxxxxx@cnhkiwanis.org by Monday, February 13, 2017, in order to be included in the Board packet.

If you haven't registered for the Mid-Year Conference South, you may do so online until February 17 (early registration until February 3). After that date, you may register on-site. If you still need to book your hotel reservations, you may do so online by February 7 using our reservation link on the conference website to receive the convention rate of $130 at the Marriott Riverside at the Convention Center.
